Scope

These rules apply to the FactionRealm Minecraft network, FactionRealm.com, official Discord spaces, live systems, support systems, giveaways, referrals, store delivery, and any related community or moderation tools.

They are written to cover the main abuse cases directly, but they are not a complete list of every bad-faith action a player could attempt. Staff may still act on behavior that clearly violates the spirit of fair play, service integrity, or community safety.

Section

Cheating, Exploiting, and Unfair Play

• Do not use hacked clients, macros, autoclickers, aim assistance, movement cheats, packet abuse, dupes, x-ray, spoofing tools, alt evasion, or any other unfair client or automation advantage.
• Do not abuse bugs, loopholes, unintended stacking, broken items, broken menus, duplication paths, economy exploits, or event logic failures.
• If you discover a serious bug, report it instead of using it for advantage. Using an exploit after you understand that it is unintended may be treated the same as direct cheating.
• Do not interfere with moderation, replay, anticheat, or evidence systems through evasion, flooding, baiting, spoofing, or false-report manipulation.

Chat, Conduct, and Harassment

• No targeted harassment, credible threats, sustained personal abuse, or attempts to drive players or staff off the network.
• No hate speech, extreme discriminatory abuse, or content intended to target protected groups or real-world identities.
• No doxxing, leaking private information, or attempting to expose personal, payment, location, or account data.
• No spam, malicious advertising, scam links, impersonation of staff, or attempts to deceive players about official FactionRealm services.

Accounts, Identity, and Responsibility

• You are responsible for actions taken through your Minecraft account, Discord account, and any linked web or store session used on FactionRealm systems.
• Do not share accounts for ban evasion, punishment evasion, giveaway manipulation, or referral abuse.
• Do not use alternate accounts, linked identities, or third-party accounts to bypass punishments, cooldowns, blacklists, or store restrictions.
• You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username for store delivery, gifts, referrals, and vote-related systems.

Store, Giveaways, Voting, and Referral Abuse

• Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent disputes, payment laundering, or false identities in checkout or support.
• Do not abuse vote systems, vote-party rewards, giveaway eligibility, manual grant paths, referral tracking, or Discord sync systems.
• Do not attempt to generate fake activity, fake referrals, fake votes, fake joins, or fake site actions to obtain keys, entries, ranks, or prizes.
• Do not resell, duplicate, reverse-engineer, or manipulate delivery workflows for digital products, prizes, coupons, or gift cards.

Staff Enforcement

FactionRealm staff may warn, mute, freeze, remove rewards, revoke store benefits, reset progress, suspend, or ban accounts when rules or service integrity are violated.

Some cases are handled with immediate action when cheating, fraud, payment abuse, or network safety is involved. Enforcement may rely on logs, replays, staff observation, anticheat data, store records, Discord records, or related audit history.

Appeals and Contact

If you need to dispute a punishment, delivery problem, or moderation action, use the official Discord support path. Do not try to resolve punishment disputes through spam, public harassment, or payment disputes first.
