Refund Policy
How FactionRealm handles refunds, delivery failures, duplicate charges, and payment disputes for digital purchases.

General Policy
FactionRealm sells digital goods and network entitlements. Because delivery can happen immediately or be queued automatically, purchases are generally treated as final.
Once a product has been delivered or properly queued for the entered account, refunds are normally not available.

When a Refund May Be Considered
- A duplicate charge caused by payment or system error.
- A verified payment processing error.
- A delivery failure caused by FactionRealm systems that support cannot correct within a reasonable time.

When a Refund Is Normally Not Available
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The wrong username was entered by the purchaser.
- The product was delivered or queued correctly but later became less useful because of gameplay changes, punishments, resets, or rule violations.
- A payment dispute or chargeback was filed before contacting support.

Contact support first if an order looks wrong. Filing a payment dispute before contacting support can lead to store access restrictions or account action while the issue is reviewed.

How to Request Review
Use the official Discord support flow and include the order ID, the Minecraft username involved, and a short description of the issue so the order can be reviewed quickly.
